Steph has implemented a range of research study designs relating to health, performance and with a key focus on her primary topic - muscle and tendon injuries. While Steph is more known for her work on hamstring tendon adaptation, her other research spans a variety of topics. She is available to consult on all aspects of project design and across a range of topics.
